Separation Nut SEP&FLY®
Pyroalliance’s separation nuts family SEP&FLY® is dedicated to the Hold and Release function enabled by Separation Nuts.
These products are particularly adapted for the release of payloads from dispensers or payload adapters but as well for inter-stage or fairing separations based on multiple points architectures.
A separation nut is a pyrotechnic Hold down & Release Mechanism which maintains a pre-loaded assembly in place and then, upon an electrical signal, releases the load.
The SEP&FLY® separation nuts have an historical record of a 100% proven reliability and Pyroalliance’s ability to produce at very high production rate has also been proven on mega-constellation projects.
Besides, the product line is made of several available modules making sure that each need finds a solution with the appropriate sizing.
