SIAE 2025 – Promising market perspectives

SIAE 2025 (International Paris Air Show) took place from June 15 to 22, 2025, at the Paris-Le Bourget Exhibition Centre. Bringing together more than 2,500 exhibitors from 48 countries, nearly 165,000 members of the general public, and 400 official delegations.

This edition focused on innovation, access for the general public, and a strong presence from the defence and international sectors.

With 100+ inventoried new launcher projects across the world. A harsh competition is taking place between actors looking for cost-efficient and flight-proven solutions.

This is what SEP&FLY® and GUARD&FLY® now bring to the market.

Pyroalliance has thus already secured several order confirmations ahead of the Paris Air Show with different actors ready to embark our SEP&FLY® and GUARD&FLY® solutions.

And fly with them for their initial flights.

Most of them envisage rapidly increasing launch rates and therefore appreciate Pyroalliance’s ability and commitment to accompany their future ramp-up.

Off-the-shelf and flight proven solutions for small launchers: SEP&FLY® and GUARD&FLY®

Pyroalliance’s offer is made of two complementary product families, which both gather series of « flight proven » equipment.

And both offer very fast delivery times.

They address two critical functions of a launcher:

*  Payload separation, which is the last event of a launch sequence where accuracy and reliability are key to make the launch a full success.

*  Flight termination, which is the last recourse action in case of hazard during the launch.

It is of common knowledge that maiden flights have statistically a ~50% success rate which is why the Flight Termination function is a must have!

SEP&FLY®

Separation Nut SEP and FLY® by Pyroalliance

The first family « SEP&FLY® » is dedicated to the Hold and Release function enabled by Separation Nuts for releasing the payloads from dispensers or payload adapters.

These Separation Nuts have an historical track record of a 100% proven success over +10000 units having flown.

Pyroalliance’s ability to produce at very high production rate (>200u/month) has also been proven.

And this product line is made of several available modules making sure that each need finds a solution with the appropriate sizing.

GUARD&FLY®

Flight Termination Systems GUARD and FLY® by Pyroalliance

The second family « GUARD&FLY® » is dedicated to the Flight Termination function which is a mandatory function required by Space Port authorities.

Its generic architecture has been designed to comply with the most stringent requirements issued by most of the Space Port authorities.

It encompasses all functions of a complete chain (securization – initiation – transmission – destruction).

And offers a large modularity (different sizes of destruction charge holders can be made available).
